Law No 124 of August 4th 2017 – Article 1, paragraphs 125-129. Fulfilment of transparency and disclosure obligations.
The above provision has introduced a series of disclosure and transparency obligations for a plurality of entities that have economic relations with public administrations, other public entities or with the entities referred to in Article 2-bis of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013.
