Job interview
We will update you on the status of your application. You will be contacted by Open Group recruiters. Through our digital planner, you will be able to choose the date and time of your first online interview. Thee second interview will take place directly at the office or service you are interested in
Feedback

You will receive feedback within 3 days from your interview. If the second interview is successful, you will also receive a verbal job offer

Hiring
You will receive a written confirmation of the job offer when the selection is closed

Signing
At least 5 days before the start of your career at Open Group you will receive the contract and the other employment documents by email

Onboarding
In the days before the start of your job you will be in contact with your supervisor, who will organise a short tour of the service or office for you. You will be accompanied by a colleague who will be your guide for a day.
Welcome on board!

Start-up
Your start-up and shadowing will be shared, monitored and evaluated by your manager. At the end of this phase, you will start ad hoc training programmes.
